Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Moreland Commission charged with exploring the intersection of money and politics and possible corruption that results from that mix is having hearing Tuesday night at Pace University in NYC to gather input about the adequacy of existing laws. It looks like they’ve got an all-star line up of prosecutors and those who want to submit testimony can do so here.
Here are some more details:

This first public hearing will focus on federal and state criminal laws and the adequacy of existing state laws, rules and regulations involving misconduct by public officials.
The Commission has invited law-enforcement officials to discuss several public corruption cases prosecuted in their jurisdiction. They will also speak to the inadequacy of existing anti-corruptions laws.
The confirmed speakers are:
The Commission will strive to schedule as many participants as possible, but time constraints may require that those wishing to provide oral testimony provide written testimony only. All written testimony that is submitted will be included in the record of the proceedings.
