Ryan Ferguson was released from prison on November 12th, when his murder conviction was overturned.

He's spent nearly a decade behind bars for the killing of a Columbia, Missouri newspaper editor in 2001.

 

During a post-release interview, Ferguson told “Dateline NBC” one thing he wanted to do right away was visit his grandparents. He had feared he’d never see them again.

o, NBC put him on a plane to Florida so he could do just that.

My Two Cents: What a shame that this poor kid spent 10 years in jail because the prosecution was allowed to withhold evidence! I'm with the majority of comments here, I say besides suing them (WTF is money- he can't get his life back- he can however, make a point, and enjoy the rest of his life with it)!

Nonetheless, the person responsible for prosecuting this case should get the exact same amount of time in the same exact same jail as Ryan did, as should anyone involved in his wrongful conviction including his 'former friend', period end of story!

After being the victim of the Staten Island NY corrupt family court system myself, it took me over a decade as well, to finally see clearly, and realize my role in getting royally screwed!

I trusted the wrong people, including, magistrates, hearing officers, judges, and three personal attorney's all within a decade long mission to get my babies returned to my lawful custody!

The first corrupt attorney (In my case), Mario Acunzo, who by the way, happened to drop dead of a heart attack right there in the court house, right around the time that word was out that I had figured out his role in the [il]legal kidnapping of my children. You see the corrupt hearing officer (In my case), Bonnie Cohen Gallet decided to label me a dangerous drug addict without drug testing me, in fact, she handed me a 'Court Order' with three choices on it for her to check, she checked two and left off the third, which was for me to immediately report to a hospital for drug testing. YES THE DRUG TESTING OPTION WAS LEFT UNCHECKED THREE TIMES ON THREE DIFFERENT DATES, while the record for those dates (Transcripts, prove she was denying me any contact with my children because I was a dangerous drug addict).

Then while keeping me from my babies for SEVENTEEN MONTHS, they 'gave' me, one of their own attorny's because by then I was homeless & couldn't function to go to work as a direct result of what they were doing to me; who met me outside the court house one day and threatened me that if I didn't comply with what the magistrate Bonnie Cohen Gallet wanted (Agree to give my ex custody), that she would make sure I never saw my children again, because she believed (WITHOUT ONE OUNCE OF SOLID PROOF), that I was a dangerous drug addict! Side note, was I supposed to go to his funeral and weep over his dead body, after having a heart attack probably due to finding out that I was going to have his head along with the rest of the corrupt player's heads for what they did to me? Well, I didn't!

And the second corrupt attorney (In my case), whom my boyfriend at the time paid for, Lawrence Sykes, who disappeared for a good two hours (Apparently getting his marching orders in chambers) the first day he appeared for me, then returned to the court room, literally praying out loud with rosary beads or some similar beads, in hand, as if his life depended on it, to whichever God he obviously feared for what he was about to do to an innocent woman & her innocent children.. THROW US UNDER THE BUS!

Imagine this, at some point during this attorney's hire, Judge McElerath, had the balls to have my then boyfriend, Allan Jackson Jr., LOCKED out of the court-room after they managed to get me into the court-room alone! I now know he was locked out of the court-room because of the law of defense against unlawful arrest, along with his size 6'2 & apx 250ish lbs, and his obvious qualifications to stop an unlawful arrest, he's Fire Fighter in Yonkers New York, see law here: http://www.constitution.org/uslaw/defunlaw.htm

Then I can't leave out the third corrupt attorney (In my case) Peter Lomtevas, whom a dear friend of mine paid for, because he couldn't believe an innocent mother was being kept from her children at this point it was for 6 years, while her [my] ex, who is documented a self-proclaimed abuser, (Documented in 2001, on a court record in another state (NJ) during a hearing for a LIFE-TIME Order of Protection, which I was granted, and is still 100% valid, yet being ignored by a sister state NY- against all VAWA Laws!), who threw me under the bus, apparently once he was given his marching orders by whom I believe, after finding out all the players & their positions in my ex's life, is the head honcho in all this corruption, Judge Barbara Panepinto, because Peter's side kick, Dr. Monty Weinstein, the Director of Family Therapy Institute in NY & Georgia's wife had just landed herself a seat in the very same court house as Judge Panepinto!

Ex husband lives with Aggie Panepinto.

Ex husband worked for the CYO for apx. 20 years under the direction of Jospeh Panepinto.

Who just happens to be married to Judge Barbara Paanepinto.

Nuff said?

And for the 15k I still owe this dear friend, to have hired Peter Lomtevas & his side kick Monty Weinstein, Peter tried to throw me under the bus by insisting that I allow Judge Panepinto to hear & decide on my divorce case which she had already said was not going to include child custody (six years after Bonnie Cohen Gallets corrupt Orders), and when that failed because I myself had Judge Panepinto RECUSE HERSELF (See link here http://disgustedwiththesystem.blogspot.com/2007/12/judge-panepinto-recused-herself-after.html),   he (Peter Lomtaves) and his side kick, the husband of the newly appointed judge who shared a court house with Judge Panepinto, Dr. (My fuckin ass Dr. there was nothing professional about him) Monty Weinstein, who received 6k to put his words where his mouth was- telling me how I was screwed, and how my children & I were abused by the system, blah, blah.. wrote and  quote; (Insert Name here, is a nice person, and should see her children)!!!!! Balls?

It's all good, I've witnessed Karma happening to other wonderful (cough, choke) people like these four and others whose names are below + ++ , and I'm comfortable knowing that Karma misses no one- and they will have their equal share of what they've put out there, in The Universes, (God's) time, and whatever they intentionally caused for me & my children (As well as others & their children) will be shown to them very clearly in their own mirrors, one day.

I could go on and on, but why?

The main purpose of my writing this post was for Ryan Ferguson to file a Petition with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights due to a direct violation of his Human Rights! (See link below), Instead of spending the next decade fighting a 99.99% corrupt system... wherein the chances of him being further emotionally abused is 99.9% [In my opinion]. So Ryan, take it from someone who's been there, done that; and do what I finally did in 2010, file your own Petition with the Commission (They are made up of Commissioners from different Countries- so there's a better chance of getting a fair decision), where I've seen that they were the only body of  authority that gave justice to a Domestic Violence Survivor who's three children were shot to death as she begged her local police to protect them from her abusive husband (see story here https://www.aclu.org/human-rights-womens-rights/jessica-gonzales-v-usa ! Prior to this win, Jessica had gone all the way to the US Supreme Court (within the US) and was denied any kind of justice, while being further abused.. exactly as I am. 

So, because I've spent over a decade getting screwed by the United States & our 99.9% internal corrupt court system on both a State & a Federal Level!

I want to give Ryan Ferguson the gift I had not received until 7 years after all the corruption & possible unrepairable destruction of 6 lives (mine & my children's)!

I want to attempt to save him from probable years of further abuse, as in many cases I've followed, including in my case; which was put before both State & Federal Justices and ignored; after I realized I wasn't going to get help from any of the attorneys I began to study law and represent myself and not only learned Family law on a State level, I also had to learn the law on a Federal level..  as well as being forced to obtain in-depth knowledge of psychology.

By using the words forced I mean, if I wanted to attempt to understand how my Malignant Narcissistic/Psychopath ex was able to turn my children against me, their own loving empathetic mother, who would give her own life for them, while they aligned themselves (for survival reasons- which I now understand) with their & my abuser!

What I am thankful for is that over the years he was unable to hide who he really is to the world, and he has without a doubt shown his true colors in-that he has zero empathy for anyone especially his own children, whom he ripped from their mother's life, for his own sick need to punish & destroy me for daring to have the balls to respect myself enuff to leave him!

Sadly, I've also learned that this kind of sick, sick personality disorder[s] which have been labeled: Malignant Narcissists, Psychopaths, Sociopaths, Borderline Personality Disorders, etc, etc ++++, cause those who are stuck being dependent on them for their very survival to form Trauma Bonds, Betrayal Bonds, aka a dozen or more other labels that have been given over the years to describe the dynamics in these sad situations, including Parent Alienation Syndrome, Domestic Violence by Proxy, Stockholm Syndrome, etc, etc +++++++

So Ryan, because I've studied psychology & know our court system so thorougly, I highly suggest you get an attorney immediately as well as, FILE YOUR OWN PRO SE PETITION WITH THE INTRA-AMERICAN COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS. It's as easy as finding the contact us link on their site and telling them your story, that's it! They are swamped with Petitions so a new Petition can take years to get heard, however, that may be your only hope at real justice!

From the bottom of my heart, I wish you the best, and I am so sorry for what they put you through! Make sure justice is served!
