Why I Started This Blog

I started this blog for my children

Our story is written as a Federal Law Suit, and an Article 78 (which is legaleze for when you sue a Judge) below on the right hand side.. and well as numerous Motions & Petitions.

Use the magnifying symbol to enlarge the documents for easier reading.

Don't shoot the messenger.. but guess what..

Many court rooms are corupted by some not so honest judges!

Innocent or not..

In the blink of an eye.. you can lose your kids, your life savings, your inheritance, your house and or your mind!

That's why I've continued to post to this blog because...

So many children are being destroyed by our wonderful system..

They've forced me to become a Child/Family and Civil Rights advocate/activist.

I should thank them for the education I got out of this!

Don't miss the videos at the bottom of the page.. of Senator Sampson holding hearings on corruption within the N.Y. Court System!

Mega Lotto Winner's Secret Emerges

Pedro Quezada, the winner of the Powerball jackpot, talks to the media during a news conference at the New Jersey Lottery headquarters, Tuesday, March 26, 2013, in Lawrenceville, N.J. Pedro Quezada, 44, claimed the $338M Powerball jackpot this week -- and the win may have been more crucial for him than he let on..

PATERSON, N.J. — The New Jersey man who won the $338 million Powerball jackpot owes about $29,000 in child support.

Forty-four-year-old Pedro Quezada on Tuesday claimed a lump-sum payment worth $221 million, or about $152 million after taxes.

A spokesman for Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik says the sheriff's office's warrant squad is attempting to find Quezada to resolve the matter.

Spokesman Bill Maer (mayr) also says the state Lottery Division generally satisfies such judgments before winnings are released. He says Quezada is subject to potential arrest like everyone else until the warrant is satisfied.

The unpaid child support payments go back to 2009. It's not known which of Quezada's five children are covered under the payments.

My two cents, Unless you have been caught up in Child Support you may not be aware of the corruption in the Family Courts surrounding this topic.

Am I saying this gentlemans case is corrupt, HELL NO!

Am I saying many Child Support and perhaps even this gentlemans case are corrupt, HELL YES!
You see we always have to follow the money, and because of the Federal Government matching dollar for dollar for each dollar the States collect in Child Support is a recipe for disaster & corruption on all levels.

Am I implying that this man doesn't owe exactly what they claim he owes, HELL NO! Then what am I implying.. I'd say this man's smartest move would be to hire an attorney who he didn't trust (cuz in my opinion no family court attorneis can be trusted anymore - it's become a business to destroy families.. and once he finds one he distrusts the least, he should have his Child Support records investigated for any foul play.. by his OWN EYES!

Ans then of course if there hasn't been any foul play and he's not being alienated from his children- then pay what you owe dude!

All I'm saying is just don't be naieve and accept anything to do with the Family Courts as the whole truth and nothing but the truth.. investigare it all with YOUR OWN EYES!
